Engage in illegal activities (fraud, hacking, spreading malware, etc.).

Access, download, or distribute offensive or harmful content.

Resell or share your voucher without authorization.

CGC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse.
3. Vouchers and Payments

Access requires a valid voucher or subscription.

Payments are accepted via Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo) and Visa/Mastercard (Paystack).

Prices and plans may change without prior notice.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Non-Refundable Usage: Once a voucher has been used, activated, or expired, it is strictly non-refundable.

Failed Transactions: If your payment is processed but you do not receive a voucher, please contact support within 24 hours. After verification, we will either:

Issue a replacement voucher of equal value, OR

Process a refund back to the original payment method.

Duplicate Payments: If you are charged more than once for the same voucher, we will verify and refund the duplicate payment.

Processing Time: Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Cancellation: You may stop using the Service at any time, but unused or partially used vouchers cannot be refunded.
5. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable internet, but speeds and uptime may vary due to maintenance, technical issues, or external providers.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity.
6. Fair Usage Policy

Unlimited or large data plans are subject to Fair Usage Policy (FUP).

Excessive use may result in speed throttling, suspension, or disconnection to ensure fairness.
